1. How does AlivePing work?
AlivePing allows you to trigger SMS or call alerts to your designated emergency contact(s). Message delivery depends on carrier availability and third-party telecommunications providers.
2. Why was my alert not delivered?
Delivery may fail due to:
- Incorrect phone number
- Network outage
- Carrier restrictions
- Device connectivity issues
Please verify that your emergency contact information is accurate.
3. How do I update my emergency contact?
You can update your emergency contact information directly inside the app settings.
4. I purchased the premium version but need help
All in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the Apple App Store.
If your purchase is not recognized, try:
- Restarting the app
- Restoring purchases within the app

5. How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple.
