  • Profile information you provide in the app (such as your display name).
  • Trusted contact information you add (such as contact name and phone number), including whether a contact has consented to receive alerts.
  • Check-in configuration and app settings (such as check-in period, grace period, notification preferences, pause status, and voice-call/SMS alert settings).
  • Check-in activity data needed to operate the service (such as timestamps for last check-in and next scheduled check-in).
  • Device notification data (such as device push notification tokens) to deliver app notifications.
  • Notification event data (such as alert tier, timestamps, delivery attempts, and basic results) to improve reliability and provide customer support.
  • Service and security data (such as authentication tokens and session information stored securely on your device) to keep you signed in and protect your account.
  • Technical and diagnostic information (such as app version and basic error logs) to help troubleshoot issues and improve reliability.

2. Payment Information

We do not collect or store payment information.

All purchases are processed by Apple Inc. through the Apple App Store.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Operate alert functionality
  • Send SMS or call notifications via Twilio
  • Deliver app notifications (where enabled)
  • Maintain user accounts
  • Improve app performance and reliability (including monitoring alert delivery attempts and troubleshooting issues)
  • Ensure security

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted third-party providers including:

  • Apple (authentication and payments)
  • Apple Push Notification service (APNs) (delivery of app push notifications, where enabled)
  • Supabase (data storage)
  • Twilio (SMS and call delivery)

These providers process data on our behalf.

5. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored using Supabase secure infrastructure.

We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.

However, no system is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to:

  • Provide services
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Resolve disputes

7. User Rights (US & Canada)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
